Content Rules, Copyright and Contest Information
Content Ownership
- Artists must own submitted content or have permission to submit it.
- Artists keep ownership of their original work.
- Submitting content gives Top Kat permission to display and promote approved videos.
- Unauthorized music, movies, television clips, and stolen videos are prohibited.
- Top Kat may remove content after a valid ownership or copyright complaint.
Streaming Content Standards
- Content must be talent-related or approved entertainment programming.
- Content must meet Top Kat’s quality and platform standards.
- Top Kat may approve, decline, edit, categorize, or remove submitted content.
- Submitting content does not guarantee publication.
- Content may be used in previews, full videos, Spotlights, and approved promotions.
Top Kat Spotlight Information
- Artists must be approved and featured before qualifying.
- Selections may consider participation, effort, promotion, and engagement.
- A Spotlight may include a performance clip, interview, category, and social promotion.
- Spotlight recognition does not automatically include cash payment.
- Weekly Spotlight content may be changed after the featured period ends.
Mobile Contest Status
The TK Talent Show mobile contest, weekly voting, active subscriptions, and
cash-prize competitions are temporarily paused.
Previous prize amounts, deadlines, subscription prices, and verified-vote requirements are not currently active.
Updated rules will be posted before the contest restarts.
