Rules & Regulations
Free participation, artist discovery and Top Kat On The Rise Awards.
📱📺 Free Participation & Viewing
Artists can participate and audiences can watch for free on TK Talent Show’s mobile app on Google Play and the Apple App Store and our Roku and Amazon Fire TV platforms.
Each participating artist will have their own series for approved content, where their community and followers can watch and support their work in one place.
Available content and features may vary by platform. Publication requires content review and permission.
đź‘€ Artist Discovery & Consideration
Top Kat searches publicly visible social media pages for independent artists and creators. We may invite selected artists to bring approved content from social media to the big screen.
We will also be searching for artists to be considered for Top Kat On The Rise Awards. Being discovered or featured does not automatically mean you have entered or been selected for an Awards competition.
Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready!
🏆 Top Kat On The Rise Awards — $100
Selected artists have a chance to win a $100 prize. A judge chooses the winner according to the judging criteria announced for that competition.
The Awards have no fixed date, time or recurring schedule. Each competition will be announced separately, with its entry window, eligibility requirements, judging details and prize information.
Participation is free. A prize is awarded after the winner’s eligibility and results are confirmed. Selection and winning are not guaranteed.
âś… Eligibility & Content Rights
- Participating artists must be 18 or older.
- Awards participants must meet the location and other eligibility requirements announced for that competition.
- Artists must own their content or have permission to use all included music, video, images and other materials.
- Top Kat reviews work for content rights and platform suitability before publishing it.
- Artists retain ownership of their work. Publishing permission is covered by the applicable agreement.
- Stolen content, impersonation, false information and attempts to manipulate results are prohibited.
🤝 Fair Play & Advertising
We will be working with brands and businesses to advertise on our mobile app only. Artists do not need to buy advertising or bring an advertiser to participate.
Advertising does not influence Awards selection, judging or winner decisions. Likes, follows, shares and comments are community support—not a substitute for the announced judging criteria.
The official rules for each announced competition provide its complete details. Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, Instagram and Facebook are not sponsors or administrators of Top Kat Awards competitions.
