Terms of Service

DMCA Compliance

• We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a DMCA notice to our designated agent.
• Required details: your contact info; description of the copyrighted work; the exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content; a statement of good-faith belief; a statement under penalty of perjury; and your physical or electronic signature.
• Email notices to: tkt@mytopkat.com (subject: “DMCA Notice”).
• We may remove content upon valid notice and notify the uploader, who may submit a counter-notification where appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

• Bronze (Free) — all users are auto-subscribed. If a Bronze user has the most verified votes at week’s end, they receive 20 Kat Kredits.
• Silver ($1.99/week) — auto-billed weekly until canceled. If Silver winner: $10 + eligible for $100 Championship Rounds. Cancel anytime; if canceled by Tuesday of the current week, a 50% refund is issued; after that, no refund.
• Gold ($4.99/month) — auto-billed monthly until canceled. If Gold winner: $20 + eligible for $100 Championship Rounds. Cancel anytime; if canceled by the 5th day of the current month, a 50% refund is issued; after that, no refund.
• Diamond ($49.99/year) — auto-billed yearly until canceled. If Diamond winner: $20 + eligible for $100 Championship Rounds. Cancel anytime; if canceled by the 5th day of the current month, a 50% refund is issued; after that, no refund.
• VIP Package — one-time charge. Can be canceled before music is submitted. If canceled after submission, a 50% refund is issued.

Winner Selection

• Users may cast one vote per video. Votes must come from unique IPs and verified accounts.
• The video with the most verified votes at week’s end wins.
• One winner each week; prize via Apple Pay, PayPal, or Cash App (same night after verification). Non-U.S. winners must use verified PayPal.
• Limits: at least 10 verified votes to receive a cash prize; max two wins per month.

Weekly Schedule

• Winner declared: Saturday 11:45 PM ET
• New contest begins: Sunday 12:00 AM ET
• No submissions during reset window (11:45 PM–12:00 AM)
